These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your access and use of the Nurtech trading automation platform ("Service"). By using this Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Description of Service
This platform enables users to connect their own Hyperliquid trading accounts via API and automate spot trading based on algorithmic strategies. We do not provide financial advice, hold user funds, or manage assets.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency trading services in your jurisdiction.
3. Subscription and Payment
- The Service is currently provided free of charge.
- To help cover server and operational costs and maintain the free service, users are required to be registered under the Hyperliquid "Nurtech" referral.
- Users not under the referral may be placed in a queue and experience delays in activation, as priority access is given to users who support us via the referral.
- Nurtech reserves the right to introduce paid plans or adjust access policies in the future with prior notice.
4. API Key Use
- You provide your Hyperliquid API key for the sole purpose of enabling automated trades.
- We will never use your keys for withdrawals, transfers, or any unauthorized activity.
- You are responsible for revoking your API key if you discontinue use.
5. No Financial Advice
The platform is a software tool and does not provide any investment advice, recommendations, or guarantees. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk.
6. Risk Acknowledgment
Crypto trading involves substantial risk. You may lose all or part of your capital. You agree to use the platform at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the platform, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms or for system abuse.
9. Privacy and Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your API data and personal information, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your agreement to the updated terms.
